Cheney completes next step in buying Four Lakes missile site
The Cheney School Board approved an appraisal of the 60-acre Four Lakes Communication Station, which officials said was one of the final steps toward taking ownership of the property for district use.
West Plains Chamber of Commerce moves office to Cheney.
The West Plains Chamber of Commerce has moved to a new office in downtown Cheney. The chamber moved from Airway Heights to the 504 First St. location last week, after the Bank of Whitman branch they shared a building with closed in August.
