CHENEY -- The Washington Association of Wheat Growers is accepting applications for the Wheat Ambassador Program.
The program offers leadership and advocacy opportunities within the wheat industry and is open to children of organization members who are entering their senior year of high school.
The application deadline is Oct. 15; two candidates will be selected to receive a Washington Wheat Foundation scholarship; one is for $5,000 and the other $4,500.
