Oct. 8
Two bicycles were turned in to the police station.
Caitlyn R. Thurman, 26, was arrested on the 100 block of West First Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the zero hundred block of Washington Court. No arrests were made.
Oct. 9
Harassment was reported on the 900 block of First Street.
Third-degree theft was reported at Cheney High School. Wireless earphones were taken.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of Al Ogdon Way. A 10-speed bike was taken.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2700 block of State Route 904. Damage to railroad crossing arm.
Oct. 10
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.
A civil problem was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.
A glass pipe was confiscated on the 600 block of West Third Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A textbook was taken, but subsequently recovered.
Copper wire and a baton were confiscated on the 1900 block of Andrus Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of West First Street. Tools were taken.
Attempted suicide was reported on the 500 block of Salnave Road. Subject was voluntarily committed.
Darren J. Harnasch, 25, was arrested on the 200 block of K Street for violation of a no contact court order.
Oct. 11
A medical injury was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. A male developed a reaction to something he ingested. Subject was involuntarily committed for medical attention.
Krystal R. Bliesner, 23, was arrested on the 1300 block of First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Oct. 12
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 100 block of Alki Street.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. Damage was done to a door.
Richard L. Flick, 21, was arrested on the 700 block of First Street for second-degree DWLS.
Three bicycles, a vehicle bicycle rack and a bicycle seat were found on the 1700 block of Seventh Street (Centennial Park).
Third-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of Summit Drive. A black bicycle was taken, but subsequently recovered.
A man tried to pass a fake $100 bill on the 100 block of West First Street.
Oct. 13
Trespassing was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street.
Oct. 14
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of A Street. A car was damaged.
Fighting/mutual combat was reported on the 2700 block of First Street.
Jose T. Gajardo III, 26, was arrested on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road for outstanding warrants. Gajardo was arrested for Spokane Superior Court warrants for felony forgery and Spokane District Court warrants for second-degree theft, third-degree theft, DWLS and reckless driving.
