Free tennis lessons, as seen above, are just a part of the 2017 Medical Lake 24-hour Tennis-A-Thon which celebrates its 20th birthday. This year's event takes place Wednesday and Thursday, July 19-20 at the tennis courts across from the high school from noon to noon. The event includes tennis lessons and individual play. There is no charge to participate or for lessons, which are taught by members of Cardinals' tennis team. Past Tennis-A-Thons have raised up to $5,000 for various charities and causes in Medical Lake.
