A pair of Eastern Washington University athletes earned national and league honors following the Eagles’ 41-17 Big Sky Conference football victory over Montana State in Bozeman, Oct. 22.
Gage Gubrud, the sophomore quarterback out of McMinnville, Ore., added the school record for passing yards to his growing list of accomplishments, and in the process earned National Offensive Player of the Week honors announced Oct. 23 from College Sports Madness.
