Due to unseasonably warm temperatures, the Fairways Golf Course is now open for play on 18 permanent greens.
“We have now had golfers on the course five out of the last six winters in January and February which is a nice opportunity for our customers who normally have to drive or fly somewhere south to play this time of year” Fairways general manager Kris Kallem said.
The Fairways is open for walking play, weather and course conditions permitting, starting at 10 a.m. each day. The golf course needs to firm up a little bit more before the use of power carts will be allowed. Golfers may check on...
