Thank you from StageWest

Letters to the Editor

StageWest Community theatre has wrapped up our 2013-2014 season with a successful run of Jack Sharkey’s “Honestly, Now” directed by Phil West and produced with special arrangement by Samuel French Inc.

We had a largest ever dinner theatre on Saturday May 3 with an audience of 39. There were many compliments to the wonderful food provided by Mike Hartman and Willow Springs Restaurant. StageWest had a great 2013-2014 season and we would like to thank the congregation of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for their gracious use of their building for our auditions, rehearsals, and productions of our plays this past year. We are truly grateful for their kindness and generosity.

We would especially like to thank Mike Hartman and Willow Springs Restaurant for the outstanding dinners they catered for us throughout the season as well.  A great big thank you goes out to our casts, crews, and family members that helped with all the details of putting on a play.

We would also like to thank all of the businesses that supported StageWest by buying ads in our programs and/or donating items for our raffles. Our biggest thanks go to our patrons who consistently support us by showing up to our productions and feed our egos with their applause. Without all of you, StageWest Community Theatre Inc. would just be a bunch of people acting silly.

We feel really blessed to be in an area that supports us so well. StageWest is still looking for a building of our own to call home and if anyone can help us please contact Richard at (509) 768-2150.

Planning is already going on for our 2014-2015 season. Look for more information about our lineup and our new season ticket options in upcoming newspaper editions. Don’t forget about our Childrens’ Theatre Workshop coming up the end of June/beginning of July.

We hope everyone has a great summer and are looking forward to seeing all next season.

Nancy Kuonen,

Cheney
