Eastern Washington University’s Venky Jois has been selected as one of the top five collegiate men’s basketball players from Australia in a feature story by “The Pick and Roll”(www.pickandroll.com.au).
Jois, who stands 6-foot-7 and is from Boronia in Australia, finished his freshman season in 2012-13 as the Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year, after averaging 12.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.4 blocked shots, 2.0 assists and nearly one steal per game.
