This is a play heavy on audience participation, where the audience is the jury and decides the fate of the accused.

In the first act, B.B. wolf, or the Big Bad wolf, is on trial for breaking and entering, willful destruction of property, impersonating a sheep, corrupting a minor, attempted murder, assault with deadly natural weapons and, last but not least, jaywalking. His accusers are the three little pigs, little Red Riding Hood, Hood's grandmother and the Boy Who Cried wolf, helped by the great district attorney and the bumbling judge as well as the no-nonsense bailiff.

The only one who is on the wolf's side is the not too bright but cunning badge. Unfortunately for the wolf he attempts to be his own attorney. At the end of this act the jury will vote on the fate of the Big Bad wolf.

The second act sees the Wicked Witch on trial for her crimes. Of course she is also known as the Evil Queen. The Witch is being accused of three counts of harassment, conspiracy, destruction of property, two counts of kidnapping, attempted murder and cannibalism, attempted murder by poisoning, attempted murder by arson, participation in slavery, not to mention speeding on her broomstick.

Along with the same D.A., judge and bailiff, Ms. Witch is smart enough to not try and defend herself so she hired a cunning defense attorney.

Ms. Witch's accusers include the Scarecrow, one of the Flying Monkey's, Dorothy and dog Toto. Then there's Hansel and Gretel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, The Magic Mirror, Prince and some of the Seven Dwarves. Once again at the end of this act the audience will act as jury and decide the fate of the Wicket Witch, or Evil Queen.

Unlike most trials that are very somber and quiet, this is definitely not. After all, these are all fairy tale characters and they have the accompaniment of a great accordion player, who plays the appropriate music for each character, sometimes for too long of a time. But that just adds to the fun of this whole play for your whole family, from toddlers on up.
