Pricing of 20 gallon, 64 gallon refuse containers not fair

I missed the last Cheney Council meeting, so I would like to comment on the solid waste rate proposal that will be adopted at the Aug. 24 Council meeting.

I do not understand why the city would charge those who use 20 gallon cans twice the rate per gallon as those using the larger 64 gallon refuse cans.
