Vijil scores three TDs in Shock win

What a difference a week makes for both the Spokane Shock and former Eastern Washington University Eagle Raul Vijil.

After dropping their first game of the season, 74-62 to Milwaukee, the Shock (1-1) and Vijil - returned to form and defeated the Utah Blaze (0-1) 68-34 at the E Center in West Valley City, Utah.

Vijil, benched in the second half against the Iron after committing two turnovers, would score touchdowns in the second, third and fourth quarters. He caught seven passes for 87 yards.
