    FROM NEWS SERVICE REPORTS Similar to the start of last year's storybook season, the Eastern Washington University soccer team was picked sixth in the 2010 Big Sky Preseason Coaches' Poll, announced last Thursday, Aug. 12 by the league office. Last year, the Eagles were selected eighth in the preseason rankings, but proved the pollsters wrong when they claimed runner-up honors in the regular season with an impressive 4-2-1 conference record.   • EWU-Montana pre-sale tickets available

    The best seats for the Eastern Washington University versus Montana football game on Sept. 18 are now being sold to members of the Eagle Athletic Association and purchasers of season tickets between now and Sept. 1. After Sept. 1, remaining single game tickets will go on sale for the game, which is scheduled to start at 4:05 p.m. at newly re-named Roos Field.
