    An Eastern Washington University summer tradition, the 29th-Annual Ron Raver Memorial Golf Classic presented by Harvest Foods will take place Wednesday, Aug. 3 at Liberty Lake and MeadowWood golf courses.     The Cheney 17U Summerhawks went 2-4 and finished fifth out of six teams in the Desert Heat Classic tournament in Ephrata, June 23-26. The Summerhawks began the tournament with a 12-4 loss to the Columbia Basin Rock Hounds.
