    Ronald L. Moe, 74, passed away June 6, 2018 in San Diego, Calif. Ron was born in Pasco, Wash. His family moved to Amber, Wash. when he was three years old. He attended Amber School through eighth grade and was a graduate of Cheney High School class of 1962. Ron joined the U.S. Navy and following his discharge, he enrolled at Eastern Washington University where he earned a bachelor's degree in math and computer science.     Medical Lake American Legion Post 196 AA baseball team concluded last week’s play with a 1-3 record and dropped to 3-11-1 overall in National League play.     On a team chock full of veterans, seniors Gage Gubrud, Spencer Blackburn, Sam McPherson, Mitch Fettig and Ketner Kupp have been selected as Eastern Washington University football captains for the 2018 season. The five seniors represent a total of 148 games worth of experience for the Eagles, including 92 starts. They are among the 28 seniors playing under second-year head coach Aaron Best.
