The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 307 passed by the City of Liberty Lake City Council on December 7, 2024.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE 2025-2030 CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN.

Section 1 adopts the 2025-2030 Capital Facilities Plan as set forth in Exhibit A.

Section 2 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid.

Section 3 provides for an effective date of five (5) days after publication of the Ordinance summary.
