Holiday Hoopla takes over in Cheney

CHENEY – The festive spirit filled Cheney's downtown on Dec. 6 as the city celebrated its annual Holiday Hoopla, signaling the start of the holiday season.

Sponsored by the Cheney Members Association, the event transformed the downtown corridor into a hub of cheer, featuring open businesses, activities for children, and a grand finale tree lighting ceremony.
