NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Safe Haven Guardianship Agency, in their capacity as Conservator of the Estate, will apply to the Court for confirmation of the sale of the following described real estate:

The property is commonly known as 6016 N. Monroe St. Spokane, Washington 99205 and is legally described as follows:

Lots 45 and 46 in Block 3 of MCKINLEY PARK ADDITION TO SPOKANE, as per plat thereof recorded in volume “M” of plats, Page 38;

Except the West 3 feet thereof conveyed for street;

Situate in the County of Spokane, State of Washington.

The proposed sale will be for the cash purchase price of $138,000.00. RCW 11.56.110 provides that any increased bid pursuant to this Notice must be ten percent (10%) higher than the above amount, must be filed with the Court, and must be accompanied by a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the bid amount in the form of cash, money order, cashier’s check, or certified check. This increased bid must be filed with the Superior Court, Spokane County, 1116 West Broadway, Spokane, Washington 99260-0350, and the funds deposited with the Clerk of the Court on or before Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Any such bidder should review the additional requirements of RCW 11.56.110.
