Nancy M. Rossey

Nancy M. Rossey (age 88) Died Aug. 1, 2024 at her home in Cheney, Wash. She was born Sept. 5, 1935, in Summerville, Pennsylvania to Euphrastus E. Carrier and Bessie L. Wayland. Nancy lived on the family farm in Summerville with her three older sisters, Virginia, Elsie and Sally. She was a graduate of Clarion Limestone High School, class of 1954. After High School, Nancy entered nurses training at the Oil City General Hospital in Oil City, PA. She married her high school sweetheart, Norris L.
