MEDICAL LAKE – The Blue Waters Bluegrass Festival is set to make its annual return to Waterfront Park this weekend, running from August 9-11.
Blue Waters Bluegrass Festival President Nick Burgis noted that while last year's wildfires have altered the landscape, the festival will proceed as planned. "The camping area has been affected with trees burned down, but the main event site still has most of its trees," Burgis said. "We've faced some challenges but have received tremendous support from the city. Thanks to their collaboration, we're in excellent shape."
