Gardeners of Cheney Kiwanis and Jarm's Ace Hardware celebrates July Yard of the Month with Ann and Rick Mount, 623 Cedar Street. According to Rick Mount, Ann Mount has transformed the yard over the last eight years. She won't even let Rick mow. He is allowed to water and dig.
