Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington will accept sealed bids for the Indiana Ave Preservation. The project consists of roadway removal, concrete pavement, asphalt patching, channelization, and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Plans.
