Multi-time convicted felon arrested by SWAT team

SPOKANE VALLEY- According to reports a suspect was arrested for burglary and malicious mischief on September 9.
In the afternoon of September 9, Spokane Valley Deputies and a SWAT team worked together to locate and safely arrest a multi-time convicted felon on new charges stemming from an incident that took place earlier in the day.
Records show a second person was also contacted and arrested for a valid felony Idaho warrant. The suspect, Dwayne J. Tolbert, 32, was taken into custody after a SWAT team was given a valid search warrant after Tolbert refused to surrender to Spokane Valley Dep...
