One Spokane County employee was taken to the hospital via Life Flight after colliding with a train in a public works truck.
OTIS ORCHARDS - A Spokane County Public Works truck collided with a train at approximately 10:45 am on Aug. 24 sending one man to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the collision report on N. Lynden Road in Otis Orchards. The location is south of E. Wellesley Ave.
The truck was occupied by a Spokane County employee.
Deputies and Spokane Valley Fire Department arrived, and provided immediate advanced life support medical services.
