Volunteers move new home onto foundation
MALDEN -Volunteers from the Waverly and Spokane Masonic Lodges helped a resident set her new manufactured home on its foundations April 29.
Professionals from two contracting companies donated their time to detach the manufactured home from its transport trailer and set it on its concrete foundation.
Roxanne Hartman, 60, was one of the many residents of Malden and Pine City, to lose their home in the Babb Road Fire during Labor Day on Sept. 7, 2020.
Hartman and her late husband, Rick Hartman, applied for a loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
