Power outage planned for April 13

CHENEY — The Light Department will be shutting off power Thursday, April 13, to a small area of the city.

The outage from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. is necessary to replace some power poles, officials said.

The outage will affect residences and businesses on Summit Drive, Oakland Street, Irene Place, North Ninth Street, Highland Street and Montague Drive....
