CHENEY — The following incidents were reported by Easter Washington University Police between March 7-9:

March 7

Administrative propaganda stickers posted on campus in the 700 block of Fifth Street.

Potentially threatening message on social media reported in the 500 block of Fifth Street.

March 8

Guitar and bong stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of Fourth Street.

Malicious mischief — rock thrown through window in the 100 block of Ninth Street.

Hit-and-run reported near the intersection of 11th and Oakland streets....
