CHENEY – Washington State patrol dispatch reported that a 2015 Toyota Corolla impacted an active snow plow on Sunday Dec. 4, inflicting minor injuries to both drivers. The incident occurred approximately two miles east of Cheney.
The driver of the Corolla was arrested afterward on charges of driving under the influence and the vehicle was impounded.
The department of ecology was called in to clean up a small fuel leak that was caused by the accident....
