Eight members of Medical Lake’s 2022 cross country teams that finished second in Northeast A League competition and had continued success at regional and state were named to all-league teams the school announced.
The selections were evenly split between boys and girls and include senior state champion Reid Headrick as well as sophomores Nakai Ornelas, Hector Gomez and Garrett Montney. The Medical Lake boys team finished ninth at state on Nov. 5.
