MEDICAL LAKE—The Cardinals defeated the Reardan Screaming Eagles on Oct. 8 in a five-set, non-league volleyball match that took fans on an emotional roller coaster ride.
The 1A Cardinals sported a front-line superior in height to the 2B Screaming Eagles, which they used to their advantage, winning the hard-fought match. The victory improved the Cardinals record to 4-9 overall and 4-6 in the Northeast 1A League. Reardan dropped to 5-4 overall and 2-4 in the Northeast 2B League.
