LC tops Cheney in boys, girls XC;
Blackhawks run past U-Hi
SPOKANE – Calvin Hilton’s 16 minute, 51 second effort broke up a sweep of the top five places in a Greater Spokane League cross country meet Oct. 5 at Manito Park, but the host Tigers went on the defeat the Cheney boys 21-38.
The Blackhawks got top-10 finishes from Brayden Martin (6th/17:57) and Adam Estock (7th/17:57) helping them win the other half of the meet 38-71 over University. Evan Bruce of LC (16:40) won the individual title.
