Ninth Legislative District lawmakers Rep. Joe Schmick, R-Colfax, and Sen. Mark Schoesler, R-Ritzville, participated in a forum on developmental disabilities issues on Tuesday, Sept. 13, in the Tri-Cities. They discussed issues with Sen. Perry Dozier, R-Richland, during the forum. The 9th Legislative District includes southern Spokane County, including the greater Cheney and Medical Lake areas.
