Continued from last week... I mix it up in the KitchenAid my grandmother bought in 1955, which still runs great and has a regular motor. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
2 Tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
Blend vanilla, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients. Blend into wet ingredients. Add walnuts. Pour into greased 13”x 9” pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
