SPRAGUE—A Cheney man was arrested and booked into Lincoln County Jail Saturday morning in connection to a burglary at a Sprague address. Bruce Paul Havens, 48, who resides on the 25400 block of South Columbia Basin Highway just south of Tyler, was arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies and two Washington State Patrol troopers in connection with stolen scrap metal from a property on 9243 Wollweber Road here.
