Despite a game-high 16 points from Oscar Harris the Medical Lake boys lost their spring season Northeast A League opening game on the road to Newport 56-50 May 19.
The Cardinals trailed after one quarter 15-11, cut it to 23-22 at the half but were just unable to close the gap. No other details were available.
As with the girls, a game with Colville was cancelled, but Medical Lake has NEA games at Lakeside (May 24), at Deer Park (May 26), at Freeman (May 27) and hosting Newport (May 29).
