Westwood FBLA takes home 19 awards at the virtual SBLC

WINDSOR/MARSHALL — The Westwood Middle School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) students placed 19 times at the Virtual State Business Leadership Conference held April 21-24.
Aftyn Tippetts qualified for nationals with a first-place finish in Business Etiquette. She and fellow FBLA member Cody Kinzer were also state runners-up in Elevator Speech and Ethical Leadership respectively, with Tippetts third in Business Math & Financial Literacy, fifth in Career Exploration.
Students Alex Greer, Cora Chain and Laralyn Akins received four awards each, with Kinzer receiving three awards.Â...
