Wendy Perry, longtime resident of Medical Lake, Wash., passed away at her home after a five year battle with cancer with her beloved husband, Alan, holding her hand.

Her parents, Walter and Beverly Mayer, welcomed her into her worldly journey on Oct. 9, 1954 in Lake Charles, La., and welcomed her again with open arms and wings into heaven on March 4, 2021.
