MEDICAL LAKE – Linda Pearson has been named the Kiwanis Club's 2020 Senior Citizen Volunteer of the Year. Pearson was nominated by fellow resident Jean Auerbach and honored at the Kiwanis Club's annual Valentine's Dinner on Feb. 13, held in drive-up dinner style this year due to COVID-19 safety and health protocols.
Pearson received her award prior to the Saturday luncheon on the back patio of the Fischin' Hole in downtown Medical Lake.
Pearson is active in the Greek Orthodox Church and works with Shalom Ministries. According to its website, Shalom Ministries began in 1992 as a nationwide...
