CHENEY
March 1
Harassment was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Attempted financial fraud/phone scam was reported on the 500 block of West 5th Street.
Trespassing was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road.
March 2
A 28-year-old female, Jade N. Lamb, was arrested on the 2700 block of 1st Street for a felony second-degree theft warrant out of Spokane and a misdemeanor third-degree theft warrant out of Airway Heights.
A 24-year-old male, Kyle R. Kiourkas, was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 300 block of North 11th Street.
