Thirteenth annual community beautification program to run Oct. 5 – 10
CHENEY – The 13th annual city-wide beautification program, Cheney Clean Sweep, is just around the corner and it will look quite a bit different than the previous 12 events.
The first difference is obvious — it’s being held in October rather than the traditional beginning of spring in April. The reason behind that is also obvious — restrictions enacted to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
