Cheney fire department firefighters prepare to discuss a natural gas leak at Eastern Washington University with an arriving Avista Utilities crew.
CHENEY -- Emergency responders and law enforcement are on the scene of a natural gas leak at Eastern Washington University. The leak was detected at around 9:45 a.m. in The Roost restaurant inside Eastern's University Recreation Center. An Avista crew was onsite at approximately 10:25 a.m.
