CHENEY – The local Kiwanis Club and the Gardeners of Cheney are sponsoring the second-annual Christmas lights contest to recognize the city’s best residential holiday lighting display. Nominations are being sought for the home with the best holiday decorations in Cheney, with the winner receiving a $25 gift certificate from Jarms Ace Hardware.
