Blackhawks' Babcock ranked high in West Coast soccer

CHENEY – Blackhawks senior goalkeeper Trae Babcock recently took part in the annual EXOS Select 50 instructional showcase, held Oct. 10 in Carlsbad, Calif. where he and others were invited to perform with other top NCAA recruits in front of coaches. According to former Cheney High School boys soccer head coach Rene Caro, Babcock was acknowledged as the third-ranked player on the West Coast, the second-ranked goalkeeper on the West Coast, a top “Under the Radar” recruit and scored as a No. 1 class of 2020 recruit by the NCAA.
