The Cheney Free Press will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Therefore, we will be laying out the Nov. 28 issue on Monday, Nov. 25; printing and mailing on Tuesday, Nov. 26, for delivery Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Deadlines for submittal for the Nov. 28 issue have changed. Legals must be submitted to the office by noon Friday, Nov. 22. Classifieds must be submitted by 11 a.m., Nov. 22.
All submitted editorial content — including churches, public service announcements and letters to the editor — must be submitted by noon on Friday.
The Cheney Free Press will reopen for business Monday, Dec. 2, at 8 a.m.
With Christmas and New Year’s holidays falling on Wednesday, the Cheney Free Press will be incorporating the same deadline schedule for those publications similar to Thanksgiving. For Christmas, legal notices and all editorial submissions must be received by noon and classifieds by 11 a.m., on Friday, Dec. 20.
For New Year’s, the same must be done on Friday, Dec. 27.
