Composters and recyclers are invited to Finch Arboretum as part of 'Fall Leaf Festival'
SPOKANE -- The Spokane County Master Composters/Recyclers are once hosting the semi-annual "Compost Fair" at the city of Spokane's Finch Arboretum on Saturday, Oct. 26. The fair is being held as part of the Arboretum’s "Fall Leaf Festival," and starts at 11 a.m. Attendees must arrive by 1:30 p.m. to complete all of the activities by the 2 p.m. close.
