Cheney runners get wins against Clarkston

CHENEY – The Blackhawks cross country teams had little trouble last Wednesday in their dual meets with visiting Clarkston.

The boys easily downed the Bantams 17-46 on the course at Salnave Park while the girls scored 15 points in what was essentially a forfeit as Clarkston only had one runner.

Bas Holland led the boys, taking first in 16 minutes, 51.62 seconds, with Beckett Schoenleber second in 17:04.86 and JT Gasper third in 17:16. 21.
