The Medical Lake cross country crew continued its winning streak during its third meet of the season, walking away from the Nike Portland Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 28, in Grisham, Ore. as the Division 3 Boys champions, scoring 39 points.
The Cardinals were again led by Quintin Collins, who finished third overall, crossing the finish line at 16 minutes, 37 seconds. Freshman Reid Headrick was close on his heels, placing fourth at 16:43. Victor Long was eighth at 16:58, Angel Mendez 11th at 17:06 and Benjamin Henry finished 14th place with a time of 17:25.
