L&I extends overtime rules comment period

In a Sept. 3 news release, Washington’s Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) announced that because of a high level of interest, it is extending the public comment period on its proposed changes to the state’s overtime rules.

Comments will now be accepted through Friday, Sept. 20, two weeks later than the original Sept. 6 deadline.
