The Eastern Washington University track and field team’s season will continue for junior Keshun McGee, who advanced to the NCAA Championships in a second event while competing on the last day of the NCAA West Preliminary Round in Sacramento, Calif., on Saturday (May 25).
McGee placed sixth overall in the triple jump with a mark of 52-feet 4 3/4-inches to advance to the NCAA championships and become the first male or female from Eastern to advance to the DI outdoor championships in two events.
