On May 1, 2019, Spokane County Undersheriff John Nowels swore in two new lateral deputies. They began their orientation and training immediately and will soon be out in patrol, serving our community.
Deputy Craig Cupo is 34 years old and comes to the department from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department where he began his law enforcement career in 2014.
