Cheney police were able to put a successful ending to an Amber Alert issued last week for a mother and daughter reported missing out of Nampa, Idaho.
The Nampa Police Department issued the Amber Alert on March 20 for 41-year-old Brooke A. Helmandollar and her 10-year-old daughter Alissa Helmandollar. A department news release stated the pair were last seen at a Nampa-area hotel the previous afternoon, March 19, and that the daughter was possibly endangered due to her mother’s “recent threatening behavior towards Alissa.”
